All rates include the conference participation from 11 - 13 March 2026. The registration fees also include a conference app, a book of abstracts and a list of participants (as PDF file) as well as food & beverages during all coffee and lunch breaks and the Networking Get-together Dinner on the 12 March 2026. The printed programme overview will be handed out on-site.
No VAT requested according to § 4.22 UStG.

2) Proof of status required.
3) Become part of the DECHEMA network for students, PhD students and young professionals from chemistry, biotechnology and related fields of study and topics. The DECHEMA membership is free of charge for master, bachelor and PhD students.

Registration
Registration is, depending on the availability, possible up to the beginning of the conference. You will receive a confirmation of registration immediately after your registration. You will receive the invoice, with payment confirmation, by mail.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations are only accepted in writing (i.e. by post or e-mail).
Please find the details about cancellation dates and fees in the general terms and conditions. In case of a "no-show", the conference fees won't be refunded and fees not yet paid still have to be paid.
